Items are sent first class in the UK, airmail for the rest of the world. We aim to send out orders immediately but always within 3 working days, allowing for weekends, public holidays and the likes. This means delivery times should be (roughly, based as much on experience as carriers' estimates) 2-5 days UK, 4-7 days EU, 5-14 days elsewhere in the world. In the unlikely event that there are delays at this end, we'll let you know by email. We do get proof of posting for each package sent.
Return Policy
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or a refund given. If you receive a damaged/faulty item please email admin@channelnowhere in the first instance (within a week of receipt).
